I provide goal directed treatment, and I strive to be collaborative and resilience focused with clients. My current clinical focus is with adults and older teens (16+).

Less obvious potential causes of trauma include minor accidents, invasive medical or dental procedures, falls, illness, unresolved emotional wounds or shock, and unmet childhood needs. I am an experienced mental health counselor, trained in somatic experiencing therapy and narrative therapy approaches. My goal is to help my clients feel more like themselves again, and to help lessen the influence of the problems that bring them to therapy.
